Payments are typically collected after service completion.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may reschedule or cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. For cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
5. Service Warranty
All services booked through Servigo 360 come with a 30-day service warranty for the same issue. If you face any problem related to the original service within this period, we will send a technician back free of charge to resolve the issue.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to: providing false information, harassing service providers, attempting to bypass our platform to hire providers directly, or using our services for illegal purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Servigo 360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
